IT/Admin Department – our IT and Admin support team are responsible for the updating of computer held medical records.
Medical Secretaries – our Medical Secretaries are responsible for dealing with hospital referrals, Practice correspondence and many general queries that are not dealt with by the receptionists. They are also responsible for the administration of e-Referrals.
Reception/Telephonists – our team of receptionists and telephonists help to keep the Practice running smoothly. They are there to assist you in making emergency and routine appointments to see your GP and deal with any queries you may have. They are trained to do a difficult and demanding job and are there to help you. At times the Practice can become extremely busy, so we ask you to be patient.
