Dispensary Questions:

What are Dispensary's opening hours?

Dispensary's opening hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

Prescription Pick-Up:

A common miscommunication that happens is the 72 hours that needs to be allowed for pick-up of prescriptions. For example if you drop off your prescription on Monday morning then your prescription will be available to pick up Thursday morning. A big mis-conception is that you add the same day of dropping off your request to the 3 day allowed time for dispensary to sort out your medication.

Ordering Repeat Prescriptions:

You can order your repeat medications by calling our Repeat Prescriptions Telephone Line (between 9am-10am weekdays) on 01386768131. Alternatively if you collect your medication from a pharmacy in the Evesham area you contact that pharmacy and they can send the Dispensary a prescription request for you. Please ensure you contact your pharmacy within enough time for your prescription to arrive to us and allow the 3 working days for the prescription to be processed.

Due to the ongoing pandemic we are still operating our call on the day appointment system. This means you should call the surgery between 8am-11am to have a telephone call with your GP. If urgent and you cannot call during that time we can book a telephone call in the afternoon but we ask for you to call in the morning when possible. Please note our admin team cannot book face-to-face appointments they can only book the initial telephone calls with the Doctors and Nurses. The clinicians book their own appointments after triaging patients over the telephone, if they feel you need to be seen face-to-face they will offer you an appointment to come into the surgery.
